The City of Morehead will be accepting Statements of Qualifications and Proposal for the Construction Manager At Risk as Constructor for the Morehead Fire Department Station 1 project to be located in Morehead, Kentucky.
Firms wishing to submit qualifications and fee proposals for consideration as the Construction Manager must contact Rodney Fouch by 4:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 606.784.4376 or email rfouch@morehead-ky.gov for the complete Request for Qualifications and submittal guidelines. Statements of Qualifications and Proposals must be marked on the outside package “Construction Management – Morehead Fire Department Station 1” and submitted to Rodney Fouch at Morehead City Hall, 314 Bridge Street, Morehead, Kentucky 40351 by 3:00 pm local time Friday, November 8, 2024.
