In the next two weeks, we have several fall events occurring in the community.

This Friday, October 25 is the 4th Annual Run Morehead. The race begins at 6 p.m. at Battson-Oates. If you are still interested in running/walking, you may sign up at the event.

Packet Pick up is Thursday, October 24 from 5-7 p.m. at the Morehead Police Department- 309. West Main St.

Wednesday, October 30 will be the annual Pumpkin Glow at City Park. Families and community members will be able to drive through City Park from 7-9 p.m. to view the glowing pumpkins. We ask that anyone who would like to carve a pumpkin for the glow, have it delivered to City Park by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30. We will handle the lighting of the pumpkin.

Trick or Treat will be Thursday, October 31 from 6- 8 p.m. in the city limits. Please be cautious as families of all ages will be out walking in our neighbors.

Also happening at the same time as trick or treat, Say Boo to Drugs will be located on First Street from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 31.

To end out our fall events, we will be having the Community Block Party on Friday, November 1 featuring Sundy Best at Battson-Oates. Music begins at 5 p.m. Food trucks will be available along with our downtown restaurants.
