Pumpkin Glow Event

In October, the city’s Parks and Recreation department hosts a community-wide Pumpkin Glow. We ask that community members and families carve out pumpkins for us to display in downtown Morehead. Years past locations have included the City Park and the former Police Station.

The 2024 Pumpkin Glow returns to City Park.

Join the City of Morehead and the Parks and Recreation Department for the annual Pumpkin Glow on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 7-9 p.m.

Drop your carved pumpkin off at City Park by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30. We will take care of lighting the pumpkin.
